No doubt. socale39, I'll kick you down $100 (via paypal or whatever) for you to do some runs with the original exhaust against the new one (assuming the labor costs in doing the swap are reasonable). Also, another option...maybe since you're in CA you could drop by RPI and see if they'd be willing to subsidise the cost of doing a side-by-side test with your exhaust against the axle-back. That would be pretty sweet.

Thats a good idea west. I'll talk with the exhaust shop tomorrow to see if they can flange the oem exhaust and the new one so swapping would be easy. Anyone here know Eloy@RPI to see if they would be up to the task?

Just received my magnaflow parts today!

Just waiting on Garry from BMW of New Port to send me the rubber mounting and bracket. Then I'll be set.

Sorry I haven't updated this thread since I got the exhaust back, holiday seasons are busy. Anyways, I got the car back and lets just say every dollar I spent was well worth it. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm glad I went this route. Awesome exhaust note and the quality is top notch. I'm going back to A1 Performance this Saturday to make a couple minor adjustments and to take some pics of the exhaust setup to post here on the forum. I'll also be doing a video on Saturday as well so I'm hoping to have everything posted by Saturday night. Oh btw, they replaced the complete exhaust system pretty much from the catalytic converters, back with full stainless mandrel bent tubing and everything TIG welded.

For those who may be interested in having your exhaust done:

Nice! I'm just waiting for this storm to pass so I can clean up the car and get decent pics of my new setup. Hopefully this weekend!
