IMHO if it is a question of "to get a TF or not?" - the answer is ALWAYS yes!

personally only pro's to it except the weight added to the trunk when popped open on a incline you have to hold up the trunk with your hand cause the added weight to the trunk. Thats the only thing that annoys me when grabbing grocery out of the trunk you tend to hit your head on the trunk cause it falls quit often with the trunk lid weight.

No issues. I can't think of any cons. I love mine. I think it compliments the M-Tech Rear.

The trunk finisher does look very nice. I'll probably end up buying it because I've already installed the OEM M-Tech rear and the RD spoiler, so the trunk finisher will definitely compliment those mods.

Thanks

If I saw two e60's one with and one without the finisher, I don't think I would really notice the difference w/o it being pointed out. So, that mod is really low priority.

I don't even notice the keyhole on my driver door unless I need to stick the key in there.
I'm pretty sure one can't even unlock the doors after breaking a window - nor the trunk.

I was recently working on my car and disconnected the battery... Then closed the trunk. oops.

The only way to open it is from the keyhole or remove the rear seat.

With all the dead battery stories about these cars I don't think this a mod for me. I would hate to be stranded somewhere with a dead battery and not be able to get in the trunk for clothes, Snacks, medication, etc.

That's a very good point because it could happen.

I wonder if there's a way to strengthen the trunk support arms where the trunk will remain open? Does this occur with the M5?
