Trunk Finisher - Painted, Installed, OEM and it was cheap!

My Ride: honda accord
the trunk is electrical.......trust me...i learned the hard way.......
we disconnected the battery to install a steering wheel...and the trunk was closed by me of course.....and guess what....there was a darn M5 trunk finisher that blocks the key hole......and to make matters worst....i dont have a ski pass.....
was a mess.......

I'm not 100% sure and a bit lazy to go check in the garage right now but isn't there a small black box with a Battery + sign in the engine compartment where you can connect a battery booster pack to boost the battery or at least to get a flow of current going thru the car's electrical system so you can pop open the trunk with your key ?
