Just got my car back from the body shop very recently.

Car went in stock, came out with the following:
- Prior Design kit
- KW V2 coilovers
- Leon Hardiritt Orden wheels
- custom painted grill

I just bought a 3D Design trunk spoiler so I'm waiting for that to get shipped over from Japan.

Its almost time to replace my brake components so I'm looking for some aftermarket options.

Maaaybe a Eurocharged Stage 1 tune.

At first I as kicking around the idea of getting an m5, but before I left to go to Israel, all the ones I have either drove or checked out have been dogged out or had small issues so, that idea is gone. That's a good thing for me. My wife has had me kicking around the idea of us getting another porsche so I have found a few 2007 and a 2008 porsche 911 turbo with 11k and 16k on it. So when I return, I might have a go at it. Until then, I like mine and if I decide to keep it, hopefully the member who is getting ready to do the ess supercharger mod to his has good results that will make some of us go that route.

If yours weren't an M54 engine, I'd say keep it forever... still, one of the last of the inline 6 cylinder 530's might mean something to someone eventually. hopefully

upcoming mods for the spring/summer (most this wknd):
  • CF front lip & side panel extensions....just dropped the mocks off at the machine shop this morning
  • thinking about a set of 20" wheels powdercoated gloss black if i can get the right price on this used set that needs work
  • Orion V2 + Ehssan blackout method (doing this on friday)
  • Creating my own yellow AEs from the stock bulbs...on paper it should work but we will see (i want to backlight the orions with yellow)
  • strongly considering removing all my trim and covering it in real CF then completing the look with a clear resin (still researching this one)
  • Dinan 16% underdrive pully - seems like my next performance mod this summer
  • LCI tails....i refuse to pay a lot so the hunt continues
  • lowering spring install (maybe tonight if i can find a breaker bar for this strut tower bolt thats being a sonofabitch to loosen)
i could go on & on but check out my build thread for more info lol
Nice list, Chris!

Can't wait to see the pics when it's done

Are actually planning to fabricate carbon fibre parts in your garage??? I would recommend that you don't, because the particles that are released in the process require special ventilation and are very harmful to your health. Not to mention, you need to wear a respirator.

Okay, I didn't want to say this in your thread, but since this is my thread, may I just be honest?

I don't like the Prior design front and rear, but worst yet is the fact that the sideskirts are so much higher of the ground than the front and the rear. Sorry, braddah - not hating, just speaking my mind. Of course it's your ride and you should do what you want and not listen to me or anyone else

How can you add ventilation? Are you getting different seats?

I have a set of color-matched kidneys that I've been thinking about installing for the longest time, but I'm afraid they'll make the grilles look too small.

Actually, I've been considering the new Cayenne Diesel myself. But 550 is already an awesome car, man
