Last I heard, Denison (Icelink) is coming out with an adapter in Q2 of 2005. Hopefully that's still on track.

The aux input is a add-in plug in the glove box on the left side near the flashlight. Get a 3 ft stereo patch cable and you get iPod connectivity but no control except volume.
The sound quality in my E60 with it is perfect.
