the angel eyes r the brightest there is for the pre-lci e60s. our rings suck and even trying to integrate HIDs in there, it wasnt bright enough like it should. and during the daytime, the color temperature of the angel eyes are close to daylight so it's hard to tell its there. Plug in the angel eye bulb and do not put it in the socket yet. Now take a close look at it and it will be blinding day or night.
