Since then I have been trying to contact someone from their department to no avail, I don't mind paying for it to get re-shipped but no one has even contacted me. Any advice on how else I can contact them?
LOVE THEM!!! LOVE! I just got my Aero Kit from them for my X5. They beat EVERYONE in the US on price, including shipping. I bought my 18" OEM wheels for my X5 which I use for winter. Again, they beat everyone. Their prices were far below Garry's. Do your homework first though. Work dealers off each other and then go to Tischer with the price you want to pay. Feel free to mention me, as Evan and Jason know me well.

Oh, and email is the only way to contact them. They're very responsive on email. Send a note to them both and you'll have an answer back within a few hours.

Just to give you an idea on pricing between them and Garry...

With shipping, Garry wanted close to $1,000 for the X5 Aero Kit. I worked Tischer down to $800 with shipping. Damn, I'm good!

I've also used Tischer a handful of times with no problem. They're sure to have your order sorted in no time.

I called them about an mtech kit for my wagon they seemed to have a good price when i asked was this the complete kit, i got a email telling me to order it them we'll figure out what you need... huh? plus i really don't like not being able to talk to a guy (on the phone) when I'm spendin g's probably easier to get smaller stuff that you can click on and order, but i went with gary on the x3 wheels they were priced lower and i'm closer so shipping was cheap.

I decided to get the trunk finisher @ Tischer because the hassle of having to send my DL and copy of my credit card to Garry to save $1 was just too much. BTW, Evan emailed me yesterday and he said that they're shipping it ASAP!

take home lesson:

we have the opportunity to deal with various dealerships that offer forum members good discounted prices

Garry @ Newport BMW (RI)

Tischer BMW (MD)

Frank J @ Motorwerks BMW (MN)

so do spend sometime price shopping all 3....

And work them all off of each other. That's the key. I saved hundreds doing this.
