Has anyone dealt with these guys before? The reason I'm asking is because I ordered an M5 trunk finisher from them on March 24th and after a week (March 31st) they shipped it out me. Due to my own error (I put the wrong zip on the order) it was shipped back to them on April 2nd. Since then I have been trying to contact someone from their department to no avail, I don't mind paying for it to get re-shipped but no one has even contacted me. Any advice on how else I can contact them?

C recc's them more than garry now...but I do know a few members deal with them often....

I know they were away last week at an event and are seriously back-logged right now.
I just ordered some stuff from Garry @ Newport BMW. He was much faster in reply and was pleasant to work with. Jason & Evan @ Tischer are also good, but I just found them really busy right now.

I have tried contacting them through AIM and email, although I did get through once with Jason through AIM and he said he was going to check with the shipping dept but that was Tuesday of last week.
It was $170 shipped.
