I placed an order for the OEM M Aerodynamic Kit at www.getbmwparts.com on 01/26/11 and my credit card has not been charged as of today. I went on their website for status and it still shows "processing" with $0.00 charges to credit card. I also emailed them with questions since Saturday and I have not receive a response.

Does anyone know whether they are back logged or is that pretty much what you have experienced?

I have experienced the same thing in the past. I placed multiple orders from them and it's a hit or miss with response times. The trick is to CC 2 other email addresses on your next message.

One time I ordered $200 worth of parts...I was sent about $900 worth of the wrong items even though the box was labeled for me. They sure got back to me quick when I emailed them what happened.

Regarding the credit card charge, maybe they still have to order the M Aerodynamic kit so they won't charge you until they have it in stock.

They wont charge CC until the item is shipped!
Hopefully you will see it soon!
The m-kit will transform your ride for the better!!!

I have worked a lot of time with Jason - Manager - GetBmwparts, dont worry things will come through. They have to get that whole kit from germany if they currently don't have it in stock and then ship it out to you. Takes time but it would be worth the wait.
