Tire and Rims Advice

Gents,
Its a gentlemen over in the classified selling this set up below off his M5, and I was wondering if this set up would fit a 550 with no issues? Im thinking it may have some rubbing issue due to the tire size, but not totally sure. Any advice or infor would be greatly appreciated.
20x9.5" ET18 Square Miro 111 Wheels in Machined Silver with 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 Falken FK452 Tires
