That bites.
So I guess you have to remove it and put a diffrent % tint on?
Or just remove it, have the cops sign off on it and put it back on?
Still sucks that the cops have nothing better to do then to hastle you for dark windows.

My Ride: 2004 jet black 530I, M-tech body kit, ac shnitzer roof and trunk spoiler. kelleners sport exhaust and pully kit on its way from germany.
do you know any cops to sign it off for you.
i got one about a year ago in cali and they wanted me to pay $250 for it.

Really? I've never gotten pulled over in NYC for tint and I've always had 35% on my E39 and my E60. I believe it's a fix-a-ticket. No fine, no points.
That sucks, but then again, I got pulled over a few weeks ago for no license plate on my M-Tech Front Bumper.
