Thinking a PlastiDipping my front bumper LCI trim piece

Thinking about following that hood design line down and blacking out the center portion of the trim piece. There is already a design feature delineating where the black would be applied.
The photo I shopped isn't directly from the center so it's tougher to see the effect, but that's all I have.
Comments, tips...?

why dont you jsut do it and show us? its plastidip, it cost 5 bucks and its removable. i would consider it a no brainer

Will do. I have a can and I need to redo the trunk lock again anyway. I tried to pull that trim piece off last time, but couldn't get the clips to release. I think I'll just mask it and roll. Not sure how to generate a separation from the mask to trim piece though, usually the plastidip naturally separates by a discontinuity.
