I have to say, I kept this car in amazing condition. That is Jet Black too. I miss that car.

It's Bimmer, not Beamer. You should get the Velocity's. Same price, if not cheaper, than the M5 reps you found on eBay and they look 10 times better!

Just get the VMRs. Excellent price and decent quality.

I sold it to some young kid in my town with all the mods. The only thing I pulled from it was my V1.

My man,
Believe me I was in the same boat as you are right now when I was shopping for wheels for my '06 xi. I found these on eBay as well and I started to ask people about them. Not to disappoint you, but here's what Calton had to say about these rims when I asked him (hoping I'm not violating C's copyright ) :

Do NOT buy these wheels. A few reasons...

1) Notice the tiny lip around the circumference of the wheel? This is done because it's a cheap mold. The real M5 wheels do not have this lip. The edge is smooth, as each spoke extends to the edge. This lip looks very, very cheap and clearly shows that these wheels are replicas, not M5 wheels.

2) These wheels do not hold the same concave deepness as the real M5 wheels. They look "flatter".

3) Their finish is garbage and not close to the silver of the real M5 wheels. Once again, they look cheap.

I was very tempted to buy these wheels a few years ago for my XI, but after seeing them in person and how crappy they are, I'm so glad I didn't. Keep looking. Don't bother with these. You'll thank me later...trust me.
thanks that's why you guys are here ... im guessing i wont be buying those ha
