Not my style but looks cool. The first pic reminded me of my black pair of Nike shoes

I cannot believe you guys are supportive of fake calipers....your next mod should be a fake intercooler aka "interfooler"

It is almost the same as anything else man. Not everyone wants to drop the cash on authentic AC Schnitzer crap so they get replicas with the same look. Not everyone wants to drop thousands on an authentic Mtec body kit so they get replicas and it does the same thing. Heck, half of the "carbon fiber" on some of the cars here isn't even carbon fiber. The whole point of modding is not to show how much authentic crap you can get it is to make the car LOOK GOOD!

I don't care if you have real or replica as long as it isn't cheesy looking and keeps the car fresh, do it.

I'm just saying...

edit** I will never forget when Chad Johnson went to a store and bought fake diamond ear rings for less than 20 bucks, put them on and said when I take them out of the packet and put them on "same thing". He was right.

+1 well said

I don't care for the tinted headlights

Nor the brembo stickers

however, i put black caliper covers on mine as well

they now blend in with my wheels instead of showing rust

the calipers are hideous on these cars, and not everyone is comfortable painting them

overall, it looks good

+2.
Very well said.

Why would i invest tousends of $ in my 04 E60 when i can get almost the same look for less money. + not everyone have tons of money to spend on cars, but they make the car look an "eye turner" for way less. I have replica AC style trank spoiler. Got it for free with rims and cost me 70$ to paint, now lets see ur 500$ AC spoiler and i can bet we wont find a difference. Same with the rims there is high quality replica rims that cost twise less them OEM. (im not talking about cheap BS replicas).

If i would by all oem parts i would just buy for all that money M5 and put nice rims.
