So I have been gone for awhile (been busy) but i just could stand the fact i had no low end with the stereo. Went for the subwoofer in the trunk nothing crazy i didn't want my mirrors shaking just something to fill in the lows. Thanks to Technic's nifty plug and play harness set up was pretty simple and went pretty smooth (running the wires was a pain), only took about 5 hours or so and took almost no room so i can fit my clubs in there still with no problem. The box is only 5 inches deep so i only lost about half of a foot of trunk space which was key for me.
Next step will be to get another amp to plug into the the harness for the subs under the seat but im very impressed with the sound difference for now and honestly i will buy JL for the rest of my life i really love their products.
Components were:
Technic's Harness
JL Audio J2 250.1
JL Audio CP108LG-W3v3 Ported Wedge
DB Link Digital Fuse Block and Distribution Block
DB Link 4 Gauge Power Pack
3.2 Farad Cap
Remote Bass Knob mounted under steering column

Yeah, i would of preferred things to be a bit more hidden and flush.
I put my 2 amps in the spare wheel well and 2 subs with custom box at the back of the boot and is all flush and looks neat n tidy.

It is not necessary for the wattage that is being used in this instance however, there is always wasted energy just waiting to be used, so the cap will harness this energy and store it for later use. The capacitor will use that extra energy and give your amp a much needed boost of power if needed. This boost balances your system out and will keep a more stable electrical load on your vehicle. Just a way to provide clean and stable power as the e60 is a million electrical components that need to be powered by the battery i just want to take away any energy from any other system.

after taking into consideration the comments and staring at my trunk for about 20 minutes i decided to change it up a little so its doesnt look like the sub is just sitting in there on the left hand side. I am building a bracket which will allow me to mount it to the top side of the trunk under where the rear deck of the car is. I needed to go to home depot to get some heave duty L braces because it is going to be vibrating and i dont want anything moving im almost done and will post some pics after.
