Subject: Re: question about 530i exhaust

Hey Man, I bought an exhaust from you and never heard back to a question that I just was more wanting an expert opinion like yourself to shed some light. I am a very very small amateur with tuning cars etc. I just simply wondered with the Highter life on the intake side an exhaust side with the VVT in the N52-does this effect the exhaust pulses enough to where this would make a difference in the tuning of the exhaust-atleast horsepower wise? I could care less-I have a 530, Obviously I did not get it for the gobs of power, but just more wanted to know technically for my own knowledge-what you could shed on how you tune the exhaust based on factors like valvle lift etc. Speed of exhaust gasses. thanks man!
Your previous emails threw me off. I wasnt even sure what you were trying to ask me, vvt, highter life?

So what was the final outcome, im curious cause i bought the same exhaust for my 530i?
IF you have ANY questions at all, call me or trinity. I have personally explained to Joe how the exhaust is installed.

Hey guys, I think I can speak for many of the veterans here who have to be a little bit disappointed because, at one time, many of us developed quite an accurate internal "RWB detector" which all appear to have become out of calibration or something over time!

Now, being the Monday morning quarterback that I am, take a look at the following pics posted by Diamond and see how it was in front of our noses the whole time! (By the way, I'm glad to see you finally got a digicam sleepyca! I see you have a Sony DSC-W80 camera as well as your Nokia 6301 phone... )

Exhibit 'A', a car with an Arizona plate (where sleepyca was originally from, if I recall correctly):

Terrible experience with RPI-image008.jpg

Exhibit 'B', same car shown with a street sign in the background from Columbus, OH as well as a telephone number in the window above the roofline indicating a 614 area code (Columbus again). For the newbs, Columbus is where he moved to:

Terrible experience with RPI-bmw2.jpg

Finally, Exhibit 'C', another car shot with a sign in the background (far right side) showing the 614 area code:

At this point, I think Diamond really needs to attend the Columbus meet so we can finally get some people to meet the man, the myth, the legend!

regardless of this guys past, I just wanted to make sure we didnt have someone that bought our product and was not satisfied. So, as the title says: Terrible experience with RPi.

And this was due to:

1. I didnt explain every aspect of our exhaust design to him over email.
2. He didnt understand how the v-band clamp and adaptor works.

If that is the case, I can live with that. If it was horrible service we provided, then I would take the appropriate action to ensure none of the RPi employees are ignoring our valued customers.

Have a great night everyone. Diamond, call me tomorrow.
