BWAHAHAHAHA!!! I KNEW I smelled something....BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

DIAMOND, you are absolutely INSANE.

Lomag, I agree with C, this thread should be deleted. It was a clear attempt to besmirch the reputation of two of our finest vendors.

Noobs, just so you know, DIAMOND has been banned here no less than 6 times. Each time he used a different alias but eventually resorts to the same BANworthy behavior.

to the OP i appologize for the unpleasant incident, but I assure you this is the first situation of it's kind. I'm glad everything worked out in the end and you are happy with the power that the scoops and exhaust produced. But if you were to email Eisenmann do you think you would have recieve any sort of reply from them? secondly if I were to call a company and quesition their design or ask question regarding their trade secrets, i probably wouldn't recieved a favorable response. I hope that you can put this situation behind you and are satisfied with your RPI exhaust and scoops. Race Precision is an industry leading company and in no way intended for this situation to happen. again i appologize for the unfortunate situation.

Oh boy, here we go.

1.In picture number 3 it shows a hand with a bolt dealing with the second hanger apparatus-It is unclear if this piece needs adjusting or what the picture is telling me (keep in mind there are no instructions-just a bunch of pictures)

The install should take about 20minutes TOPS. Since we have sold over 50 of these, this is the first complaint about installation. I am more than happy to explain to you over the phone how this is installed.
2.It was unclear to an amateur like myself how the connection to the OEM pipe was made-it is not clear from the pictures and I asked if he could clarify the following--if the adapter piece went inside the OEM pipe and then the clamp banded over the OEM pipe with the adapter inside or was it a butt joint where the band clamp was supposed to clamp the adapter as a butt joint.--or any explanation of exactly what to do here.

The adaptor kit consists of a v-band to 2.75 pipe. The v-band goes to the axleback exhaust as pictured in our instructions. The 2.75 adaptor tubing is then joined to the stock 2.75 piping via the 2.75 pipe joining clamp.
3. Why the RPI piping is SMALLEr in diameter than stock-2.75 OEM piping-which I had never seen before and think is a valid question to ask as this makes little sense to me. I have never in my life read of an aftermarket exhaust using a smaller diameter-I completely understand not using a larger than stock diameter but a smaller diameter seemed odd to me-yet absolutely no response to this.

I've explained in another email why we do this but you didnt understand the purpose of exhaust gas velocity. Please understand I CANT give away all the design questions you have asked since we are the ONLY manufacturer that actually does what we do in exhaust design. We already see everyone and their mothers selling "scoops".

1.Why is RPI unwilling to comment on their design, specifically the use of smaller diameter pipes in the RPI system which is completely non-sensical as far as creating power is concerned (maybe its not but the fact they had no answer to this was the concern)
We cant give away all our design secrets but look into gas velocity.
2.Disrespectful replies and customer service
Sorry for the short replies. With some of the sentences, I thought maybe Keang24 was sending me prank emails.
3.Again no answers when inquiring anything into their design
Go to a frequent restaraunt and ask the head chef for all the ingredients and instructions on how to cook the dish you like to order the most.
