You son of a bitch! LOL! I can't believe you posted your email address!!!! You idiot! How's Ohio these days? Still in Grad School?

Wait, didn't you have a supercharger in your car? And what about driving on half a tank, no floor mats, losing the spare, driving naked and having as little weight as possible in the car, for performance reasons? What happened to all those brilliant theories of yours?

This thread needs to be deleted. A thread from you, after being banned 7 times, doesn't warrant this type of review from a vendor that clearly provides exceptional service.

Lomag - Can you trace his IP address again?

Hi Diamond,

Im sorry that you had a horrible experience with us. I know there is no excuse but I literally get 300+ emails a day. I received and email you sent me with an attachment of one of our exhaust that had been used and modified. This was from an email maybe one or two weeks ago. It was my assumption that the exhaust you had was the exhaust that you sent me a picture of. With that, the one from your attachment had been modified and I assumed that it would be the reason you had installation issues. We highly encourage folks who need technical assistance to CALL us so we can explain things over the phone as typing things in a message over the internet can cause things to get misunderstood easily. I would be more than happy to help you with the exhaust installation. I received several emails from you before the exhaust was shipped to you by Trinity (ranging from exhaust pulse to tuning to length of our muffler and why ours was different from others, etc). Give me a call tomorrow at 562-630-5966 and we will work everything out.

The 525, 528, 530 exhaust was not a cut down version of our M5 system. The v-bands used on these systems are costly but offer a better transition in flow compared to a slip connection. This also allows owners who are returning the cars from lease, etc. to sell the system to M5 owners or other 525, 528, 530 customers who may want it.

Hi Diamond,

Can you please email me your last name so that we can get this taken care of? Since you bought it brand new from me you shouldn't have any problems installing it. Please call me at 949-241-5623 or you can PM me your number. You can call me at 2am if you want...I hope we can clear this up. Thank you.
I have no problems taking the exhaust back and inspecting it. Joe, you KNOW, I was working on these things LATE and packed them up at 5am so you can send it out to this customer. lol. I am sure I inspected each one, but it was early and I didnt have coffee yet so who knows this "could" be our second warranty in 11 years. I think I have installed atleast 4 of these for your customers and it has always been a pretty straight cut and bolt on install. Do you have pics of the last one we did with the black tips?
