You son of a bitch! LOL! I can't believe you posted your email address!!!! You idiot!
How's Ohio these days? Still in Grad School?
Wait, didn't you have a supercharger in your car? And what about driving on half a tank, no floor mats, losing the spare, driving naked and having as little weight as possible in the car, for performance reasons? What happened to all those brilliant theories of yours?
This thread needs to be deleted. A thread from you, after being banned 7 times, doesn't warrant this type of review from a vendor that clearly provides exceptional service.
Lomag - Can you trace his IP address again?

Wait now I'm confused. RPI said the exhaust was not a chop up of the M5 exhaust and was r & d specifically for the I6 engine. But then he said it was intended to be sold to a M5 owner when your done with it.

I agree that bashing is not always the best thing to do but then again, sometimes, a little bash is exactly what's needed to shake up the situation and work toward a mutual resolution of an issue. In this case, prior to posting here, Diamond attempted to work with Eloy via email (
) and get some questions answered. For whatever reason, he wasn't happy about how that was handled and became disillusioned with the service/support he was getting from RPI so he posted his experiences here and it ended up helping him out since it got the attention of you as well as others at RPI.
In other words, unless everything he said is completely false, which is entirely possible, I don't think he could have done what you suggested and "realized RPI delivered on their product" prior to posting here. He tried to get his questions answered and wasn't happy with some of the repsonses he was getting. In his mind, perception is reality and he wanted to let us know his experiences up to that point in time.
In the end, he became satisfied and obviously, the testimonials of other members helped prove that RPI is a good company, etc. so I'm glad everything is clear now!

It's basic communication common sense. If you realize the conversation is not going in the direction you wish, you must change the channel and call, or talk in person. Don't keep beating a dead horse cuz it's not gonna take you anywhere.
Well, that's how I see it.
