I'm surprised you'd want me to share the nude photos of you and Sleepy that you sent me. Didn't know you liked playing receiver C.

My heartfelt thanks to ECF for mentioning this at lunch today. I'd totally missed this epic thread!

I agree that bashing is not always the best thing to do but then again, sometimes, a little bash is exactly what's needed to shake up the situation and work toward a mutual resolution of an issue. In this case, prior to posting here, Diamond attempted to work with Eloy via email ( ) and get some questions answered. For whatever reason, he wasn't happy about how that was handled and became disillusioned with the service/support he was getting from RPI so he posted his experiences here and it ended up helping him out since it got the attention of you as well as others at RPI.

In other words, unless everything he said is completely false, which is entirely possible, I don't think he could have done what you suggested and "realized RPI delivered on their product" prior to posting here. He tried to get his questions answered and wasn't happy with some of the repsonses he was getting. In his mind, perception is reality and he wanted to let us know his experiences up to that point in time.

In the end, he became satisfied and obviously, the testimonials of other members helped prove that RPI is a good company, etc. so I'm glad everything is clear now!

Hey guys I tried to read through the posts, its not that I did not want to but in one day 100 plus posts is tough! I really tried hard not to come across as bashing and tried to be polite and not critisize anything. I simply posted my issues I had and the emails/correspondence that I had and left it at that. I know the loyality here is amazing and I knew I may be getting into trouble but at the same time I felt a bit let down after spendin 800 bucks, which to me at this stage in life is a lot of hard earned money believe me! As all of you surely, work hard for ever penny and to me I guess I had such high expectations based on this site, that I maybe was unreasonable in expectations.

In any case the product is great as I posted, looks, sounds and and performs amazing! I few quirks and personal preferences and disagreements about exact fitment but overall a great product and atleast in my case all is forgotten and two thumbs up to RPI
