D&K are awesome though, letting me borrow their heads while they dry, reseal and voodoo my headlights some more
Met up with them tonight for the swap. One thing I've realized is that the active headlamp error is not coming from the heads, bc installed in DK's car, my heads didn't throw any errors.

 

Yeah, we found the problem. The adhesive cracked on the top letting water in. Guess we rushed it seeing your car was done the next day.

Got them apart and dried. Cleaning the old glue off now and going to seal them up tonight.
