Those cars have a different bulb for their angel eyes. An H8 bulb. People have gotten LED Bulbs and HID kits to try to put into the H8 LCI Angel eyes but they look un even and not as bright as OEM.
The Original poster put the I believe he put on LED Predator Orion V2 Angel eyes. (which are custom mounted Multi-LED Angel eyes). In order to install this, you have to take apart the headlight, which is next to impossible with the E60 headlights without damaging it. But slowly people have been figuring out how to do this.
The 2004-2007 E60 Angel eyes are a BMW Bulb that is only from BMW and is very dim compared to the 2008-2009 angel eyes.
