lol no its not, thats actually the cheapest you can get them new, used is a different story but the last people to try to buy used got scammed big time

You already have the taillights right? You just need the cables. Just look around the classifieds. People are getting rid of the v6 to get the v6.1 recently.

And no, the cables are not $490. Think PTL misread.

Do a search on the difference between the Bruce Miranda V6 vs. V6.1. V6 makes the tail lights behave more like how BMW designed them to function. V6.1 is for the "ricky" effect. I personally prefer the V6. It's more as a safety factor.

You need to see it in person then. With the brake effect, I think it's more visible than OEM solution. And people that have seen it, AND the people I have modded this for agree as well.

I don't think saftey is a big issues on the v.61 cables, you can clearly see when the brakes are on, its BRIGHT.
