I'm looking for a pair of used genuine oem lci tail lights for a 2008-2010 e60. Does anybody have an idea where I can get them?

Probably a hard part to come by used I would imagine.

Would I have to get something else to avoid error codes or would it be just like plug and play?

Is there a DIY here?

TIA

You can get the LCI tails from ebay. Also from member Double S (DoubleS...or something like that).

BTW, he also sells the Bruce Miranda (member bruce_miranda) V6 cables which works perfectly and no errors. It's totally plug and play and DoubleS can provide you instructions.

I have a set I am selling. They have a tint to them. But they are 2008 LCI lights off of a CPO 550i.

Perfect condition. If you don't want them tinted, you can wet, sand & buff or use goof off. I just don't have that time and effort. I just
decided to buy another set from the dealer.

Payment sent!

Anybody know of a DIY that can show me how to remove the paint?

TIA

Stopped by Lux Motorwerks, really nice shop and friendly service.

So I finally got my Tinted Oem LCI Tail lights for my Pre-LCI. I don't know what I need next. I thought it would be a plug and play deal but the lights didn't come with any cables at all.

You will need to contact Bruce here on the forum to get his new v6.1 cables to make the tails work for your car.
