You've got to be an idiot to pay 43k for equivalent HP to the M5 when you can just upgrade to an actual M5 for less.
The specs show 538 lb/ft of torque at 4250 rpm....the M5 has a low 383 lb/ft at 6100 rpm.
I myself would not buy this but I'm sure there's a market for it.

You're completely right Merzbow...from a relative standpoint of being stateside.
In Europe, where in some countries an M5 will cost you as much as a house, some of these tuning programs
will make sense to some people with reference to cost and power/torque specifications. The 43K programme is a M5 killer and an easy going cruiser at the same time....also some people do it as an upgrade - instead of buying a new car they change to a practically speaking, new engine.
Still, I agree, it's a lot of cash to fork out.
Example: if I were to exchange my car today for an M5 with equivalent options, I would have to give my BMW dealer my 545i plus anywhere between 70000-80000 euros cash ! (M5+options = >140000euros)
So, 43000 starts being a viable option suddenly...

Well, considering a fully loaded M5 here costs around $100K, how about they sell us the supercharger for about $10K-$15K
in the US to make it competitive against buying a new M5?

Stage1 = 450hp / 580Nm = 10500EURO's
Stage2 = 500HP / 620Nm = an extra 2000-2500EUR's i guess since you don't need it TUV approved.
