Thanks for the info man. Your ride look sweet! Are you sitting on sport or regular?

Thanks for the compliments guys. I think my next mod is going to be this Autologic tune that my indie mechanic is trying to talk me into. He claims a 40 ft./lb. of torque and 20 HP increase can be had for "around $500". They put my car on a dyno, hook up the Autologic machine, run it out, then send the info to Autologic, who creates a tune specifically for my car. Then we go to their site, download the tune and load it to my car. He said he hadn't been able to talk anyone into it yet. I'd say $500 for those numbers is not too bad if they can be achieved...

Anyone out there tried that tune?

Wow nice. Hey I got the hub rings and no more vib. Even at 100 mph smooth as factory ride. But I'm really trying to get oem 166's. I sprayed calipers black and hubs black as well looks clean. Will add BMW stamp on calipers this weekend also installed black grill looks nice. Will upload pics soon. Thanks Guy' s for all the info.

Attached you'll see the setup on my 06' 530 with Sport Suspension.

Wheels are OEM 166's 19 x 8.5 Front and 19 x 9.5 back
Tires are:

Front: Continental DW's 245/40/19
Rear: Sumitomo ZIII's 285/35/19

My fronts rub a little if i encounter a deep dip, but it's not too bad, and i think if i can get a little of the tread off, i won't have that issue anymore. I had some 12.5mm spacers on the rears, but those rubbed slightly when i got the new rubber on the back so I took them off. I might give them another try after the tires wear a little. Generally happy with the setup, the Continentals are a little soft on turn in, but I wanted some rim protection for my beauties! Thinking about 255/35/19's next time around, but I hope by then to have some KW Street Comfort coilovers installed to elimanate the gap that will leave...

Better sizes are 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. Factory specs on sport. Your tires are too tall. Seriously "get a little of the tread off"? Dude, not something to always want to do every time you get new tires.

Did you add Sport suspension? The car definitely does not have the sport front end, side skirts or rear end. Or was it available in this setup as part of a Sport/Premium? I had an '04 545i that had sport front end from the factory and my '08 550i has full MTech Sport kit from the factory. Just curious. Looks great though.

No I did not add sport suspension. I'm on B&G 1.2" drop. My car will look a bit different then his as I have different front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper. I'm tired of riding on 20" wheels. I want a more stockish feel and ride. I know I'm not going to get 100% stock ride and feel. Here's a picture of my current setup. M5 is my buddies. MRR wheels 20x9.5 20X10.5 Falken 452 245/35/20 and 285/30/20

I'll probably be going with the 245/35's next time around for the front. You never know until you try, the wheels came with 255/40's and they barely rubbed, so i wanted to give 245/40's a try just to have a little extra wheel protection. They hardly ever rub now that the new is worn off, but, you live and you learn  . I have no issues with the 285/35's on the back, and I think they look just right.
