Does anyone know anywhere in NYC that does Rotor Cutting for rotors that are a bit warped? and is it worth a try to bring back the rotors? Please share your experiences with this! Thanks in advance!

Never tried it and wouldn't even consider trying to grind warped rotors. Better off getting new ones.

if your rotors are still thick enough, you can have it resurface, don't see anything wrong with it. You do have to take in consideration the weight of your car when resurfacing brake rotors due to the heat and the pressure applies. Thickness is very important. This is not a lighter Japanese car where most shops will tell you it's OK to resurface.
