they are currently on back order until the end or beginning of may, thats what modbargain is saying they are the main distributors through velocity motoring.
That's why you need to pre-order. Those CSL reps are always back-ordered

Should I do hyperblack or silver? Not too sure how hyberblack will look on my car. Silver looks classy. Plus, the hyperblacks are backordered. The silvers are in stock.

Any thoughts? My car is Jet Black.
I'd go hyper black.

I'm going Silver. The main reason...the wife takes this car too and from work each day (I work in Manhattan, so I don't drive to the city). That said, chances of curb rash are VERY likely over the course of the next 2 1/2 years. If I go HyperBlack, refinishing these wheels will be tough. However, if I go with Silver, they'll be easier to fix.

Also, I haven't really seen a car with these hyperblack wheels; specifically, an E60. I do like black wheels, but I like black wheels with a polished lip (such as yours ECF). But I'm not too sure about the entire wheel being black. Also, the wife isn't a fan of ALL black wheels. She's made that very clear to me.

Therefore, I've decided to stick with Silver. Plus, these aren't back-ordered, so I can get them immediately.

I'll post pix in a couple of weeks when I get the wheels and tires mounted and installed.

I'm not a fan of all black wheels either but hyper black is not really black but more of a black chrome...more on the polished side, that's why I like them. But I understand your concerns about the curb rashes and maintenance costs. Silver is always a classic so you can't go wrong.

DO IT!

Hahahaha! OK, OK. I'm calling ModBargains now and placing my order. I'm going with GE UHP tires too. These wheels better fit or I'm gonna freak!

I said that.

90% of the time the GE UHP are fine tires. The other 10% is when you wished you got PS2s if you're tracking or in the twisties.

Screw it....I'm getting those tires. I can't deal with this anymore. I hate all these choices. If I don't like them, oh well...

I can't take this anymore. My heads going to explode.

cmans thats how i am, im worst i think wayyyyyyyyyy more than you do before i make a decision, the hyperblack ar classy and super hot check the pics i posted in the other pages they look super hot, they are not black, more of a black chrome, the silvers are painted and i believe, since you have an xi model they will fit just fine, i think they are on backorder though let me know. There was a set on e46 that just sold fo 1500 including some really good nice 90% tread tires and shipped, not a bad deal.
