SSK for 530i

Does anyone on here have a short shifter installed on there 530i? I'm thinking of trying the oem short shifter and seeing if it works, does anyone know of anything else that works for sure?

Nobody driving a 530i has a short shifter? c'mon guys someone help me out.

Yeah but both those kits specify for 545 and 550 but not 530, does anyone know if it will work.

Cool let me know what you find out. I was looking at the parts on realoem and noticed that there is a oem short shifter for the e60's and my dealership seems to think that it will fit on 530i.

Yea, I was looking into UUC, and they seem to have one but it is not specified exactly for the e60 530i but also the e46 330i so maybe it will work, might give them a call sometime soon.

The only aftermarket short shifter for the 530i 6spd is from RDSport. I have one installed on my 530 and its much better than stock.
My understanding is the 545 & 550 shifters will not work on 530.
