I have noticed already a twitchyness, or eagerness for it to go fast all the time. Especially when I've got a passenger on board and want a slower progress.

I imagine if I tried it, I'd be saying "that's cool", just like I did when I test drove an Audi RS6+ and an E60 M5, but at the end of the day I didn't want to buy either of them.

I just put my sprint booster on tonight....Drove it around for a few minutes, and definately felt the improvement...Easy to install, after somebody tells you how to do it....It's worth the money, and if you don't like it, somebody will buy it off you in a minute...

one more comment, every time you put it on and take it off, the computer will record it, so if you are under warranty
you may need to ask your dealer 1st.
my dealer was good and said as long as it wasn't messing with the engine it was ok

Are you sure? My dealer has never said anything about my SB. When I remember, I would take it off before a service visit but I've left it on there several times and never had any issues. I actually brought it in this week (after taking off the S and asked them to check my clutch cause I thought it was slipping but they said they did some tests and didn't find anything; nothing about the SB showed up in their scans or at least they didn't mention it.

well nowadays if you have a claim under warranty, and with the state of $$ nowadays,
i would think the dealers would try to find facts not to do repairs, thats bad news to take and i don't know
if that would be the case where you are, every dealer is diff.

i took my car in for a re-spray of my rear door after some crank scratched a V on it and that my steering wheel column upon switching off, went down instead of up, and if i pushed it in, it went downwards, afterwards the service guys told me that:

I had unplugged various things eg.

1] had installed led in the rear license plate area
2] had plugged in something under the accelerator (Sprintbooster)

"best not to plug and play so many things, it affects the electronics and programs"

so they re-set the computer or updated it and now my steering column goes up after i switch the car off and inwards io going down, so guys don't even think about changing the mileage or other stuff with "specialist" computers, their computers are more complex then i 1st thought, it also depends on the biz u give them and their tolerance level.

can anyone confirm the above about their computers?

I NEVER remove SB when taking my car in for service. The SA has never said anything.

Like someone said earlier, you can live without it. ...that is until you Try it! But once you try it, you CAN'T live without it anylonger. (and you'll be happy ever after)
