My car has OEM sport springs installed. Came with the sports pack.

The front looks all right but the rear has a gap between the fenders and the wheels.

Thinking changing them to Eibach or H&R.

Whats the height difference between OEM Sports and Eibach ?

Worth changing them ?

The sport suspension is about 0,7" (17,78mm) lower than a non-sport suspension.

Here you can see a chart about how different Eibach springs will lower the non-sport suspension E60 (in millimeters). Make your comparisons.

It's in Finnish, but you'll get it.
- Etu = front
- Taka = rear

I hope it helps.

Although Eibachs ride nice, they don't really lower the car at all. Especially in the rear. The H&Rs will run a bit stiffer, but visually drop the car more. Save up and run the KW V2 coilovers! Fully adjustable.

I was looking into the same thing with the springs. I recently got some 19" 6 series rims on my E60. I have stock non-sports springs and was thinking bout getting either OEM Sports, Eibach or H&R. I would get coilovers, but at this point I need to save the cash.

Thanks for the info Anzafin.

Hey klyeo, if you plan on getting rid of your OEM sport springs, let me know. I'll buy them from you. Thanks!

If you are running non-sport suspension currently the H&R's will have a more dramatic effect than on a sports pkg car. It will be around 1.25" all around.
