In regards to replacing the shocks. I had my mechanic check my shocks before i changed it, and it turns out my shocks were done. I needed to change it anyways.

As for the feel, the bounce is definitely tighter and not all crazy, performance shocks definitely feel better. I actually bought VT's Koni Sport shocks. I had the eibach pro kit since fall of 07. So i was living with crazy bounciness and felt out of control on bumps with my stock struts.

So if you are wondering when to change ur shocks, it can be any day. Just ask a mechanic to check it out once in a while.

Oh I forgot to mention, I adjusted the shocks to the firmess setting. Its perfect.
