Hi fellas!
I have retrofitted SAT shifter (only, no paddles) to my 530D 2008.
I deleted $205 and added $2TB to VO, wrote it to CAS and LMA.
Then I replaced firmware in my EGS (GKE195) to 7592130.
Then I coded with new VO KOMBI, EGS, GSW and few other ECUs.
I changed PADDLES in EGS to value_00.
But it still not working. Sport button works, I can shift gears (and it goes much faster with this firmware), but I can't switch on Parking, and there are no LEDs on shifter.
What have I done wrong?

You've done everything correctly as when I did my SAT conversion, ZB is correct according to my sheet, it sounds like your SAT shifter ECU (beneath the gearshift) is either faulty or bad connection.

If your transmission software is GKE195 family then yes. Some models are under GKE215 in which case you need to verify by checking it in INPA, NCSEXPERT etc. and then look up the 2TB ZB on the associated .ATS file.
You signature says 535XI, so you are talking about doing it on a 535D?
