Hey Rick,

I paid about 550 EUR for all the parts, but this includes 20% tax.

I suggest call up a dealer and ask them for a quote - you have the part numbers.

What's the price difference when you order this from the factory. Not that I'm interested (I'm a manual fellow) but it will just give people an idea. There are so many DIY retrofits that are cheaper done after you get the car - so is this one of them?

definitely not.

the total retrofit incl. new steering wheel + paddles will be about 1500 eur. from the factory, this is an 100 eur upgrade

That's why I just want to upgrade the shifter, for the the look and feel.

Hello! I am Kent from Taiwan be a E60LCI driver and I would like to ask how about your SAT system ... everything working well ?
Because I like this SAT very well and would like aslo to retrofit it .... do you have any suggestion if I would like to change from my Steptronic to SAT ?
