I selling spigotrings for almost all popular cars (BMW as well). Probably I could help, just send me some information about Your alloys (made, model - or just the OD number).

The answer for the "what are those":
Spigot rings are just a "simple" plastic rings. They stop any vibration problems when fitting aftermarket alloys. If You don't have the correct spigot location ring (hub centric ring) You will always have wheel vibration.
