This may be a daft question, but don't BMW offer one as an aftermarket extra? I seem to recall seeing such an option for the E90 when they launched the 320 models which have single oval tail pipes.

My Ride: 2005 520d M Sport Titanium Silver, 6-speed Manual, new style Start/Stop ignition, Black Dakota Leather, bluetooth, Nav via Tomtom One on a brodit dashmount
I think the standard stainless steel oval on the M Sport looks far better than any chrome cover would
I always think the less chrome the better and it looks more purposefull like a sport model
should

Tommy why don't you buy that crome tail pipe cover and get rid of the optional extra parts stuck to it i.e. the 307.
but when I saw my wife, I forgot about this alternative

I've seen the chrome tailpipe on a 320i in the flesh and it looked fantastic.. Isn't this the same size as a 520d?

I think the 320D would be the same as the 520D but don't know about the 320i.
I'd prefer the real deal from BMW
