Guys,
Some of you are probably aware that I recently got the Singh Autosport software and felt a noticeable difference after the upgrade. After some discussions I was able to get Jags from Singh Autosport (http://www.singhautosport.com/) and Darwin from SonicMS (http://www.sonicms.net/index.html) to agree to host a trial day of Singh's software for the NorCal members.
Here's the info:
1) Sat Nov 14th - 10AM
2) SonicMS Location in ffice:smarttags" />Mountain View, tate w:st="on">CAtate> (1045 West El Camino Real, Mountain View, tate w:st="on">CAtate> 94040)
3) Jags will do the remap via OBDII port
4) After the remap, IF YOU DON'T FEEL A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE THEN HE'LL REVERT THE ECU BACK TO STOCK. IF YOU DO FEEL THE DIFFERENCE, THEN YOU PAY FOR THE UPGRADE THAT SAME DAY.
5) Maximum of 10 cars - E60 M5, E63/E64 M6, regular E60s (550, 545, 535, 530, 528, 525). Please PM me if you have a special request for a car not on this list.
6) Minimum of 2 ///M cars and minimum of 3 regular E60s
7) Pricing for ///M cars is $1400 discounted from $1495
8) Singh Autosport is also on of the very few software developer that can do Euro Launch Control; for an additional $1000
9) Pricing for regular E60s: $500 for 525/528/530, $550 for 535/545/550
10) For information about their tune, please visit their website: SINGH AUTOSPORT | PERFORMANCE ECU TUNING
Please sign up:

2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)

10)
Note, there's no benefit to me for this. There were some local members that inquired about the tune so I said I'd help to get something like this set up so people can try it out.

Jags needs to provide some Dyno stats. Not sure why he doesn't...
Not many tuners out there post dyno charts either but this is at least something to provide some assurance to customers. I called a performance shop near Darwin's to see if I can schedule dyno time near the date of this event and was going to have someone do before and after dynos but that shop got rid of their dyno. I'm going to try another place tomorrow.

per Singh'spricing page: http://www.singhautosport.com/prices.pdf
545/550 $649
535 $1195
above you stated:
"Pricing for regular E60s: $500 for 525/528/530, $550 for 535/545/550"
not that I am complaining about the difference, just wanted to know if Jags needs to update his pricing page? Or is this a special price for the trial day...

I think John@EuroRev said they have dyno charts posted on their site somewhere but I haven't looked and not sure if it's for all their vehicles. I know he found one they did for the C63 AMG on their wind tunnel dyno in Europe.

That way they can post the result and we all can decide from there.
Let see 5 different models x $75x2 = $750 total. If these guys would pitch in $250/ea We're in business!
I can pretty much say that Vince@Eurorev and Jags@Singh is in. I just decided for them!
Why don't you check with Darwin@Sonic and run this by him.
I think they would sell alot of tunes with these dynos.
My tune is one of the most powerful on C63. His tune works!

Gene, those were the prices Darwin gave me. He actually said regular price for all regular 5 series was $600 and the discounted price is $550 but BMWRINO pointed out that their price list shows $549 for the I6 5 series so I asked Darwin if they can do $500 for those and he agreed. I didn't look at the price list closely and assumed the 535 was classified with the I6s so I lumped them together but then Darwin told me the 535 was $1395 and that the price list is not updated. I'll ask him again.
Tom, I'll ask Darwin.
