So did you make them white or not...
no itis not white itis 100% amber when turned on.

I see that you dont know what is on the market.

I go for it, becouse the trun light are not always on so they will be OK. They will not blow out like the halo LEDs.

I think it will be fine as long as they light up in amber, at least in here in the UK or in HK.

Technically it is against DOT specifications to run white sidemarkers but in the 4 years we have sold our white led upgrades, I can tell you that I have never had a customer get pulled over for it.

Hey guys.. So LED side markers give you an I-Drive warning? I was going to buy Solars Insibulbs from Bimmian, but I think the LED's would look nicer... AND do you get condensation in the sidemarker after you change the bulb?

I'm surprised to hear the LEDs cause an iDrive warning. We have done these on several E60s and they are just direct replacements.

The Solaris are not a bad choice either, we carry those as an alternative to LED.
