I tried searching and I couldnt find anything
I scratched my mirror today and I want to remove the painted portion to send off for painting.
Is it easy?

It just snaps on. Once you remove the glass, you will see some tabs on the inside that need to be released. to remove the glass, turn the glass as far in as you can using the electric adjustment. Then pry the glass outfrom the outer edge. It will just pop out.
