do you guys experience the LEDS staying on for a min or two after the car is off? The led sidemarkers on my e46 stay on for that amount of time and then just go out....just wondering if thats normal too? I have the same pulsating/testing flickering....

I just installed some side marker lights i got from Trinity and when i turn the engine on, the side marker lights flicker on both sides for the first 3 seconds before it stops. Is there anyway to stop this? Would this shorten the life of the bulbs?
If you want them work prefect like before. You need to add a MOSFET circuit which costing higher than your whole new side marker set. Therefore most of supplier didn't provide and let it be.

That can also happen on some LED setups. LEDs will retain a charge after the car is powered off so it takes a minute or two for them to discharge the excess power. The car is not powering the LEDs once it is switched off, it is just the bulb expelling the excess retained charge.
