I just installed some side marker lights i got from Trinity and when i turn the engine on, the side marker lights flicker on both sides for the first 3 seconds before it stops. Is there anyway to stop this? Would this shorten the life of the bulbs?

I've got the same issue. I have been told it's no big deal.

This will happen on any normal LEDs that dont have a circuit to supress the flickering. However it won't do any harm to the LED itself.

Has to do with the car checking the bulbs, completely normal when moving to LEDs.
