Sick Carbon Fiber Trunk CSL
Sorry to revive an old thread, but what is the current pricing of this item?
That same seller on ebay now has the E60 bootlid @ $546 or best offer.

Any idea if the Seibon, VIS have a different contour shape as the Ericsson? The Ericsson shape seems to follow the E60 body lines better and the lip is not as pronounced/protruding into the air.

Hi, I just got my VIS CSL Trunk. Just before I go a head to install the truck. How did you resolve the problem, with the trunk spring opening the CSL (much lighter) trunk to quickly.
Was it just a case of adjusting the spring or is their more involved work??
Thanks

All you have to do is adjust the trunk springs....BUT it will still fling open. I would never open the trunk without your hand there to guide it open.

i had them remove the springs, it still pops open but i have to lift it which works fine because its so much lighter
