im sure theyre dynos are taken before/after w identical vehicles, so elevation, air temp, car temp, the gas, while important arent realevent to the test, its just simply. dyno before and after exhaust install. just a guess tho. it would make sense to me. so the 10hp is gained after.

That's how RPI dyno test their mods so it is a proven gain. More importantly however, is how cars with their mods have beat other cars with similar mods in real world runs.
