Dyno charts IMO are not ever truly accurate. They depend on so many different variables and software can be changed at a whim so as much as I like RPI, you can't say "proven gains". Because I'm sorry, elevation, air temp, car temp, the gas, jesus christ it never ends. So many different things can make a DYNO from California say something totally different from the same car you bring out to a shop in New York and DYNO. I bet they wouldn't show the same results. So its not "proven" its "assumed gains".

im sure theyre dynos are taken before/after w identical vehicles, so elevation, air temp, car temp, the gas, while important arent realevent to the test, its just simply. dyno before and after exhaust install. just a guess tho. it would make sense to me. so the 10hp is gained after.
