Ok I just noticed something strange. There is a film all over the back bumper. It wipes off and is light colored like a white/gray. It look like it is from the exhaust vapors by the pattern. It is a splat pattern like if you threw paint all over the bumper. Does that give any one any futher indication of what the issue could be?

 

I had an old Plymouth Duster that had bad valve guides. And I had dual exhaust out the back. I had to wipe off the bumper after longer drives because it would blow some white/gray oil residue all over. Sounds like you have a problem somewhere. If it was condensation from water vapor in your exhaust, obviously, it wouldn't be a white/gray film. Get it to the dealer ASAP, and show them that film.
