S2000 is the only 2 seater (for coupe 4 seaters, the situation changes) that i would ever buy.

 

Pick up a 70's or 80's 911

From the two choices. I'd pick the 350z.

 

Ok, I left you guys with little information... I want to spend 20.000$ on the car itself. So no Sdrive Z4 for that budget... I do like the S2000 aswell as an option, but over here in Spain Honda is not that popular so there aren´t too many dealers out here and for some reason the S2000´s keep their value quite good... For this money I can only get like a 2003-2004 with high mileage... I absolutely love the 3 series convs but they also exceed the budget (e92).... I might keep an eye on the S2000 if a nice one pops up for a good price... It surely is a good option! My issue is: I love the 350Z and I want a roadster, but I don´t like the Z roadster, the rear looks funny.... That´s where the S2000 might come in to play... Keep them coming guys!

 

what about a solid e30 project car? over here you can get a decent car for pretty cheap then youd have plenty left to mess around with like an engine swap or something maybe (I have no idea what that costs)
