Is it safe to paint over CF hood that has clearcoat?

hows the fitment? using hoodpins? any modifications needed? or str8 bolt on?

Fitment is perfect. This was original VIS. The only thing is that it didnt bring the opening for the windshield washers. But they are going to custom fit those.
