Bottom line, it does not rub in normal driving and there is nothing destroying my suspension.

OP stated that it rubs on bumps and dips, try doing some spirited driving taking hard corners and report back on your rubbing issue. Then load the car up with your buddies and do the same with a full tank of gas and report back.

I have the same set up but I'm running 255/30 on the front and 295/25 on the rear with no rubbing (toyo). I'm sure this set up will not work in NYC with all of the pot holes. Your rims will get destroyed.
