I know this has been covered in another topic but I couldn't find it.

In Florida, in the summer, it tends to rain A LOT. So I was just wondering how the RPI scoops work in rain.
I am worried of water getting into the engine. So anyone been through a rain storm with the scoop? Especially at higher speeds?

Thank you

I was actually planning to go mudding with my car...

So there really is no risk?

If you are running at high speed in the rain you probably have other risks that are more relavant.

If you go mudding though I'd watch for aligators...if you get one stuck in the scoop that might void your warranty.

I am just paranoid about these things. It can rain pretty hard here.
Is there any other people who have driven through tough weather with the scoop on?
