I swapped my AFE HAI intake w/ RPi scoop+BMC filter (got them from Trinity) more than a year ago (almost 13K of miles) and been happy w/ it ... hope you are not expecting it'll feel like become 550i or anything ![Big Grin](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/biggrin.gif)

i have 523i and i use to have AFE CAI and my car felt slower when changin gear. then i change to BMC filter + RPI scoop and what a difference..
but the scoop only works when ur running 70-80km/h.

My RPi scoop is on his way...I just installed an aftermarket ITG performance filter...will let you know how it performs!
Cant wait to have it installed, because besides the benefits for the engine, they look pretty cool as well

If you are looking for performance why don't you get a tune? The wife won't be able to see the difference on that mod.

According to tracking info, my scoop is at the post office! Can't wait for the office mail guy to drop it off at my desk !
How much gains can I expect with the RPi/ESS tune? Does it affect your warranty?
