You're 16, you should be playing your music so loud that you can't hear anything inside or outside your car!
Every now and then I like a quite ride

I just want to get rid of that awful drone. I didn't spend $900 so the inside of my car sounds like a beaner mobile...

The only thing I can possibly think of is that the muffler is broken, or that the clamp is leaking....

I just installed some over the exhaust heat shield and it didn't help at all...
Sounds like a bad install job then. Something is not right.

honestly man I dont htink you have any droning. We all know how neurotic you are about your car at the SLIGHTEST thing. I think you confused droning with something else because you are not use to having an exhaust on a car

That's what I'm thinking. The chances that the exhaust is broken are slim so everything is leading to the install, so it must be the clamp... Or could a bad cut result in droning?

Krozi, what would really help is a video/sound clip of your exhaust from the inside and outside of the car.

I know what droning sounds like. And I have asked like 5 different people and they all say they can barely even hear the exhaust with the windows up. It's not like the sound is not that loud, it's actually really loud. I had a headache the first time I drove the car for a longer time.

I tried taking one but when the car drones the video just gets quite. Then I tried uploading it but it didn't work...
